Chance's dam, Chances Excursion Melody is by the 16 hand Heir's Golden Prince and out of the palomino mare, Dandy's Barbie Doll. Her foal sired by Valhalla Rising, black Friesian son of the 17 hand Celtic. Chance will be registered with the Friesian Sport Horse Registry. With these bloodlines he will have potential in Jumping, Endurance, Dressage, Show, Trail, and Pleasure. Chance is gorgeous with lots of Presence. He has great potential as a stallion.
Chance's sire, Valhalla Rising, is a son of the 17 hand Celtic (Roi des Blues). Valhalla is not "line bred" which shows in his wonderful disposition. He is black and has no auburn. His dam is a daughter of Nero. Famed Olympic Dressage Rider, Hilda Gurney, said, "Nero is one of the nicest moving Friesians I have seen." She also noted his very nice temperament. Valhalla's dam's dam is Tainted Virtue ASHA# 101835 by Courageous Kalu and out of the mare, Swinging Miss.
