Splash is a drop dead gorgeous Silver Dapple Sabino filly lit up like Las Vegas nights! Four high whites, big blaze and roaned out coat throughout. Splash is exactly what I was hoping for with crossing her mother to Firestorm, A red chocolate filly with the sabino pattern. Rosie, her dam is my number one broodmare having had all sabino foals to date even with solid stallions.
Rosie passes her sabino gene and her pleasing temperment but most importantly she passes her awesome gaits. Rack, running walk and canter to die for. Splash will do it all and do it correct! No faults in this filly! She has a beautiful short back, long legs and a head shakin running walk but she will rack up a storm at higher speeds to boot!
She will be registered as appendix in the KMSHA as well she can be registered in RHBAA as both of her parents are registered racking. This girl will outshine anything in the showring or take you to new pleasures out on the trail or in versatility. Her oldest brother is doing Field trials and excelling at it. Her mother was untouched in barrels, flags, poles and endurance in Canada in her younger days.
She is multi gaited in Flatwalk, Run walk, Rack, cantor. She leads, loads, bends at the poll, flexes her neck to her shoulder both directions, stands quietly for farrier, bathes, lunges on and off lead, turns on haunches, is used to the lead rope around her belly and under her legs. I expect her to mature to about 15hh. Dam, Rosie is 14.3hh and Sire, Firestorm is 15.1hh. She is a lovely filly and most willing student.
Splash is great at leading, halter and will now start on some serious ground work and loading. She has been bathed and enjoys her bubble bath time. She is the little diva of the foals, and takes after her diva mother in that respect. She loves to play and is most respectful of human authority. She is a very quick learner. Fast as can be, this filly will just shine at whatever you ask of her. Not to mention she will turn any head that crosses her path.
